There's this girl in my grade who bugs me SO much!?

I'm going into 8th grade this next coming school year, and there is this girl in my grade who bugs the crap out of me! She's really attention seeking, everyone secretly hates her (except for the guys... GO FIGURE), but acts like they are best friends. She has a boyfriend, but there are these boy twins coming into our grade, and they are really cute, but she says she calls dibs, just because they are cute. Everything has to be about her, and if someone makes fun of her for being blonde, she acts so DUMB, even though she isn't. She purposely doesn't get things just because she knows she will get attention. How can I avoid her, even though she likes me and is more than likely going to be in most of my classes?
