I would talk to him about it and tell him everything, even if there is the awkwardness of telling him you like him. If he's a nice guy he will understand and do the most reasonable thing with "Jenny" and not be awkward around you since he knows you like him. It may even turn out he likes you too and you guys could be together. :D hope this helped
