I need advice on Girl Code!?!?

Okay so me and my friends Stacey and Nicole went somewhere and we seen this hot guy, his name was Joey. Well Nicole called dibs on another guy but she had seen Joey first.She pointed him out to me and I was like woah he's hot!! Then Stacey seen him and goes oh I call dibs. But, girl code states that whoever sees him first gets him. So, what do I do because she got mad at me and said I don't respect dibs, but she doesn't respect girl code. Please help. I know, chicks before ***** but she's done alot of b**chy stuff to me...including dating the guy i liked.
