How do I get my fiance to pick my name choices?

I have a daughter who is 3 1/2 had her when I was 18. She's a cutie her name is Holly Adeline. I'm engaged to my boyfriend David of 5 years. We want more kids but not right now. I named our daughter but he get dibs on the next name. I absolutely love the name Cade for a boy and Ramona. He doesnt really like them but I did a promise(stupid one) . He Likes Zachary for a boy and Harper for a girl. I'm not to keen on either of those names. How do I get myself out of this mess? I want another child in the next 2 years.
